Originally from Rwanda, Drocella arrived in the US as a refugee in 2009, leaving behind everything, including her family. She did not come with her children or husband and did not talk to them for a year or see her children for two years.

 

However, she started to learn about community networking, reading books, and investing in herself, which led her to meet her friend Sue, who introduced her to network marketing through a workshop on dream boards that taught her that attitude and mindset are everything, and that forgiveness is a powerful tool. They started to think about what they wanted to accomplish. Drocella discovered that she wanted to write a book, be a speaker, and a coach. She’s already authored her first book “Leaders with a Heart” has been published, and is working on her second book, “From Exile to Executive.” Drocella emphasizes the importance of investing in oneself, building relationships, and networking, as they are crucial to success in business.

She forgave the people who made her lose everything and flee her home in Rwanda for over 40 years.

She wrote a book, “Leaders with a Heart,” and is working on her second book, “From Exile to Executive.” Dracella’s advice is to invest in yourself, whether it’s time or money, and find a brand builder mentor before searching for a salesperson or a speaker’s coach.
