I am Siobhan Cunningham, your guide in navigating transitions. 

Known as the Women Veterans Empowerment Expert, I am dedicated to helping women veterans and military families thrive in their civilian lives. My mission is to inspire you to live purposefully and meaningfully after military service.

My experience comes from growing up as a military child, serving as a social work officer in the USAF, and having over 20 years of trauma therapy and behavioral health leadership experience.
